Green Thickie #2:  1/2 tsp flax seeds, 1/8 cup steel cut oats, 1/8 cup mixed nuts (healthy ones) or one kind of your favorite nuts, 1 cup OJ, (take a break and blend), 1 slice pineapple, 1 clementine or orange, handful blueberrries, 1/2 avacado, 5 strawberries, 1 banana, 2 cups ice; blend till creamy and smooth.  
I know that my spaces and paragraphs aren't showing up.  I don't get it.  I'm not sure I'll ever figure out the new blogger or my new computer.  Sorry!
